Wash the potatoes properly as it will eliminate all the dirt and bacteria.
Put the washed potatoes in pressure cooker without adding water.
Add a pinch of salt or seasoning as per your taste and requirement.
Cover the lid of the pressure cooker and heat them on medium flame. Avoid removing the lid of the pressure cooker after it whistles and let the steam release on its own for cooking them properly.
When the steam is released, open the pressure cooker. To check if the potatoes are cooked properly or not, insert a folk into the potatoes.
As you did not boil potatoes using water, they will taste richer and better.
