Harvard and AIIMS-trained gastroenterologist Dr Saurabh Sethi shared a video on his Instagram handle and recommended to soak the seeds at least 30 minutes if not overnight. These seeds expanded and got stuck in their esophagus and it had to be removed endoscopically,” he said.
