Ingredients:
· 1 cup amla, chopped
· 1 tablespoon of haldi powder
· 1 litre water
· Rock salt (to taste)
· ¼ tablespoon kali mirch (black pepper)
· ¼ table spoon ground rai (mustard seeds)
Instructions:
· Mix all ingredients in a big jar
· Cover the jar and ferment for 3 days under direct sunlight
· Strain and store in the fridge
· Take 1/2 cup daily
