Following the announcement of the iQOO 15 in December last year, the company has launched the iQOO 15R in India as a sub-flagship smartphone. The iQOO 15R price in India starts at Rs 44,999 for the base model, and will be available starting next month.

The iQOO 15R price in India starts at Rs 44,999 for the 8GB+256GB model, Rs 47,999 for the 12GB+256GB variant, and Rs 52,999 for the 12GB+512GB storage variant.
However, as part of the launch offers, HDFC and Axis Bank customers can avail a flat discount of Rs 4,000, bringing the phone’s effective price down to Rs 40,999, Rs 43,999, and Rs 48,999.
The iQOO 15R can be purchased in two colour options, including Triumph Silver and Dark Knight, through the company's official site and e-commerce platform Amazon, Reliance Digital, select iQOO stores, and retail stores.
The iQOO 15R smartphone is up for pre-orders starting today and will go on sale for all users from March 3 at 12 PM (IST).

The iQOO 15R sports a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with up to a 144Hz refresh rate, 5,000 nits peak brightness, and HDR10+ support.
This R-variant phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, paired with the Supercomputing Chip Q2 to enable a smoother gaming experience. It also includes a 6.5K Ice Core VC cooling system.
In terms of software, the iQOO 15R runs OriginOS 6 out of the box, offering up to four Android OS upgrades and six years of security updates.
Meanwhile, the AI features on the newly launched smartphone include AI Image Expander, AI Magic Move, Circle to Search, Google Gemini integration, AI Captions with real-time transcription and translation, and more.
The smartphone packs a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP OIS Sony LYT main camera and an 8MP ultrawide sensor. On the front, there's a 32MP sensor for selfies and video calls.
The iQOO 15R houses a 7,600mAh battery with 100W charging support, which is claimed to offer up to 44 percent charge in just 10 minutes.
The iQOO 15R includes IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, along with an ultrasonic 3D fingerprint sensor, Bluetooth 6, NFC, Wi-Fi 7, and an IR blaster.
