

The Vivo V70 series, including the Vivo V70 and Vivo V70 Elite, is now official in India. These smartphones feature Qualcomm chipsets, a 50MP selfie camera, 90W charging speed, up to six years of security updates, and much more. While the Vivo V70 comes as a successor to the Vivo V60, the Elite variant is launching for the first time. The all-new Vivo V70 starts at Rs 45,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant, while the 12GB + 256GB model is priced at Rs 49,999.
On the other hand, the Vivo V70 Elite comes in three storage variants -- 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB -- priced at Rs 51,999, Rs 56,999, and Rs 61,999, respectively.
The Vivo V70 series phones will be available for sale starting February 26 via the company’s official website, as well as Amazon and Flipkart.
The Vivo V70 has been launched in Passion Red and Lemon Yellow colours, while the Vivo V70 Elite is available in Passion Red, Sand Beige, and Authentic Black.
The Vivo V70 and Vivo V70 Elite come with a 6.59-inch 1.5K Ultra-Clear OLED panel with up to a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 5,000 nits peak brightness.
In terms of chipset, the standard variant packs the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, while the Elite model is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC. These chipsets are paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage.
They run on Android 16-based OriginOS, offering up to four years of OS updates and a six-year security update promise.
The Zeiss-powered camera setup includes a triple rear camera system consisting of an OIS-enabled 50MP main sensor, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 10x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor.
The Vivo V70 series also features a 50MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
Both smartphones house a 6,500mAh BlueVolt battery with 90W FlashCharge support.
Other key features of the Vivo V70 series include IP68/IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, 3D Ultrasonic Fingerprint Scanning 2.0 with anti-spoofing and wet-finger support, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and more.
