The major highlight of the Vivo X300 Ultra is its Zeiss-tuned camera setup, consisting of a 200MP OIS main camera with a 1/1.12-inch Sony LYTIA 901 sensor, a 50MP ultrawide camera with a 1/1.28-inch Sony LYTIA 818 sensor, and a 200MP OIS periscope telephoto camera with a 1/1.4-inch Samsung HP0 sensor, offering 3.7x optical zoom. On the front, there's a 50MP selfie camera.
Notably, early hands-on experiences praise the camera setup for delivering natural colours, excellent dynamic range, and outstanding telephoto detail.
The Vivo X300 Ultra is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset with Adreno 840 GPU, paired with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB internal storage. This chipset also powers phones like the Xiaomi 17 series, OnePlus 15, iQOO 15, and Samsung Galaxy S26 series, and is claimed to offer up to 20 percent better performance and 35 percent improved efficiency.
The smartphone ships with Android 16-based OriginOS 6.
The Vivo X300 Ultra houses a 6,600mAh battery with 90W fast charging. Along with that, it offers 40W wireless charging and reverse wireless charging support.
This flagship smartphone boasts a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, up to a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and Armor Glass protection. Furthermore, it packs IP68 and IP69 ratings for durability.

However, this phone is not available in India as of now, but if launched, it might garner a lot of attention.
It is worth noting that the Vivo X300 Ultra comes as a successor to the Vivo X200 Ultra, while the Vivo X300s succeeds the Vivo X200s. These variants are not yet announced in India, and it remains to be seen if the company plans to bring them to the market.
