  • 1 tablespoon methi seed (fenugreek seeds) powder

  • 2 tablespoon saunf powder

  • 1 tablespoon dry ginger powder

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon grounded

  • ½ tablespoon rock salt

  • Lemon (optional)

Steps To Prepare

  • Mix all ingredients in a jar

  • Add ½ tablespoon of mixture to warm glass of water and mix it

  • Have the concoction before lunch for maximum benefits
