1/4 Cup of Ragi
1/4 Cup of Besan
1.5 cups of seasonal chopped vegetables like carrot, capsicum
Green Chilli as per requirement
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
2 tablespoon of coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon of Red Chilli flakes or as per requirement
3 tablespoons of curd
¼ cup of water
Cooking time will be approximately 15 minutes
It will take 10 minutes of preparation time
Serves 3 Medium Cheelas
Mix all the ingredients properly so that the batter becomes thick
Make small cheelas and cook on low flame until crisp or golden brown.
Use oil/ghee as per requirement
Serve hot with ketchup
