For the drink, you will need half teaspoon of ajwain (carom seeds), half teaspoon of jeera (cumin seeds), half teaspoon of saunf (fennel seeds), half teaspoon of crushed ginger, few mint leaves, and 1 teaspoon of pre-soaked sabja seeds.
You need to boil a glass of water, add ajwain, jeera, saunf, crushed ginger, and boil for 5-minutes. Now add a few mint leaves and boil again for 2-minutes. Now strain the drink in a cup, add the pre-soaked sabja seeds, and sip it before you go to sleep.
Earlier, the actress was preoccupied in highlighting her second round of 75 hard challenge in 2025 without any hint of a “mystery illness” that took several days to diagnose. Alaya revealed in a video that she shared on Instagram that she was diagnosed with a mystery illness in 2025.
“I had a mystery illness that we just couldn’t seem to diagnose. It turned out to be a severe case of something called SIBO, which causes constant bloating, terrible fatigue, inflammation, nutrient malabsorption, slow muscle recovery, low strength, and brain fog,” she added.
