Natural Remedies For Dark Circles  

1. Drink Cucumber And Turmeric Juice: The Ayurveda expert recommended sipping cucumber and turmeric juice.

She said, “You need to flush the waste out of your system first to get better skin under the eyes. Cucumber juice helps in flushing out the toxins through your kidneys. Turmeric is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral. It takes care of all the free radicals floating around in your body. It also stimulates your liver enzymes and your liver to detoxify and flush the toxins out. So you are stimulating your gut and your kidneys first thing in the morning with cucumber and turmeric juice.”

2. Almond Oil With Saffron Threads: The health expert suggested to use almond oil with saffron threads. She recommended to “soak for at least 5 to 10 minutes and use to massage around your eyes. Use your ring finger. Almond oil is a rich source of vitamin E, which helps in improving the collagen in your skin under the eye."

At the same time, saffron is one of the most potent spice that is available, which lightens the skin. It contains a compound called crocin which prevents any kind of melanin formation under the skin, it helps in releasing that. It helps in reducing inflammation and decreasing appearance of dark circles as well as wrinkles. So take warm almond oil with saffron soaked in it. Massage it around your eyes, leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and then rinse it off, said Dimple Jangda.

3. Raw Grated Potato And Rose Water: Dimple Jangda revealed that the number 3rd remedy is one of her favorites. It is a raw white potato that has been grated and mixed with rose water. Now rose water contains flavonoid and quercetin which help in reducing inflammation, tightening the pores, and improving your skin texture.

And, raw white potato, you just grate it, extract the juice out of it. It helps in reducing dark circles under the eyes because it has a natural bleaching property to it which reduces the appearance of dark circles and even dark spots on your face.
