This affordable smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Turbo 4nm chipset paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. It is worth noting that the Dimensity 7360 Turbo is said to be a lightly optimised version of the Dimensity 7300, which powers the Vivo Y31 Pro 5G.
The Vivo Y51 Pro 5G runs Android 16-based OriginOS 6.
Similar to the predecessor, this new smartphone houses a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture, along with LED flash. On the front, there's an 8MP selfie camera with an f/2.05 aperture.
The major highlight of the smartphone is its battery capacity, which packs a 7,200mAh battery with 44W wired fast charging support. Notably, this is a 700mAh increase compared to the predecessor, which houses a 6,500mAh battery.
Other key features include IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistant ratings, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, Wi-Fi 6, USB Type-C audio, and stereo speakers, among others.
The Vivo Y51 Pro 5G looks strong with several interesting features. However, at this price point, there are several other smartphones available in the market, including the OnePlus Nord CE 5, which comes with the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Apex SoC, a 50MP OIS Sony main camera and an AMOLED display. It is priced at Rs 24,999 for the 8GB + 128GB storage variant on Amazon.

On the other hand, the Infinix Note Edge 5G comes for Rs 21,999 on Flipkart. It features a 1.5K AMOLED display, the Dimensity 7100 SoC and a 6,500mAh battery.
