Amid several brands launching their latest products, including PCs and laptops, at CES 2026, ASUS has launched the new ASUS Zenbook S16. In terms of features, the laptop offers a 16-inch display with 3K resolution and up to 120Hz refresh rate. It is equipped with the AMD Ryzen AI 400 Series processor, an AiSense IR camera, six built-in speakers, and more.
As per the company, the laptop has a sturdy all-metal body with a tactile Ceraluminum finish. It also comes with a newly designed EasyLift hinge that offers the right balance of torque and stability.

The ASUS Zenbook S16 uses a ceramic-aluminum material called Ceraluminum to improve durability while keeping the chassis lightweight, the company said. It features a 1.1cm-thin, 1.5kg CNC-machined body, a full-size ErgoSense keyboard, and a large touchpad with Smart Gesture support, and comes in two colours — Scandinavian White and Antrim Gray.
The ASUS Zenbook S16 has a 16-inch ASUS Lumina OLED 120Hz display, which offers 3K resolution and up to 1100 nits peak brightness. ASUS mentioned that the display is Pantone Validated for accurate colours and carries a DisplayHDR True Black 1000 certification for strong HDR performance. The display also covers 100 percent of the cinema-grade DCI-P3 colour gamut.
In terms of the processor, the laptop packs AMD's Ryzen AI 400 Series processor, which is said to offer up to 50 TOPS of NPU performance for on-device AI tasks. According to the company, this enables smoother multitasking, faster creative workflows, and improved system responsiveness.
For thermal management, the all-new Zenbook S16 uses a Thincredible cooling module with a larger 3D vapour chamber, designed to improve heat dissipation while keeping noise levels low.
The ASUS Zenbook S16 features an AiSense IR camera with Adaptive Control System (ACS) support and houses an 83Wh battery. It ships with a 68W AC adapter that supports an output range of 5V to 20V at up to 68W and accepts a 100–240V AC input. The laptop runs on Windows 11 Home or Windows 11 Pro.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) and Bluetooth 5.4, while I/O ports comprise two USB4 ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A port, an HDMI 2.1 TMDS port, an audio jack, and a standard UHS-II SD card reader.
