2. Take Ashwagandha With Milk: She recommended to start taking ashwagandha with milk. It can be coconut milk, almond milk, or cruelty free cow’s milk. Take the milk at bedtime. This is an adaptogenic herb that reduces stress at the same time it improves your energy level.

She revealed that within 5 days switching to these three protocols people note that there is improved flow of energy, not spike.
