In the video shared on Instagram, Madhu Chopra explained the method to prepare the DIY face pack. She began by adding 2 tablespoon of gram flour to a bowl. She added homemade cream to combat dry skin along with a tablespoon of fresh yogurt. She added turmeric that can tackle inflammation, infections, and acne. Madhu Chopra added some cold milk to the DIY pack and mixed all ingredients properly.
The face pack is suitable for people with dry skin. She revealed that the face pack can stick to the skin like a mask. You can wash the face pack after 15 minutes and the difference in the skin before and after is noticeable, she added.
She asked not to use the face pack below the eye as skin below the eye is quite sensitive. She urged not to apply the pack, rub, or do anything in this part of skin. Madhu Chopra recommended wheat flour for individuals allergic to gram flour. The pack may not contain anti-inflammatory properties but it is rich in vitamin C. In case dairy products like malai, if it does not suit your skin type, you may add grated tomato or potato juice, she concluded.
