Smartphone brand Vivo hasn’t confirmed it officially, but it is likely preparing to unveil a new smartphone, the Vivo X200T, in India. While we wait for the company to confirm it, a tipster on X (formerly Twitter) has come up with the complete specifications of the expected Vivo smartphone, which might be launched in the country.

Let us check out the expected specifications of the yet-to-be-announced Vivo X200T.

Vivo X200T specifications tipped

Tipster Abhishek Yadav (who goes by the username @yabhishekhd) has listed the specifications of the phone, suggesting that it will pack a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, similar to what we saw on the Vivo X200.

In terms of chipset, the expected phone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, which is said to be an upgraded version of the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC that powers the Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro.

The device will likely run Android 16 and might offer five Android OS updates along with seven years of security patches.

The Vivo X200T is also tipped to sport a triple rear camera setup, consisting of a 50MP Sony LYTIA LYT-702 OIS-enabled main camera, a 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor, and a 50MP LYT-600 sensor, powered by Zeiss. On the front, the Vivo X200T might boast a 32MP front camera.

As per the tipster, the Vivo X200T will house a 6,200mAh battery, which is more than what we saw in the X200 series phones. It will be complemented by 90W wired charging support and 40W wireless charging.

The Vivo X200T is expected to come with a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi 7 connectivity, eSIM support, and IP68/IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.

While these details are still speculative and it remains to be seen whether they turn out to be true, it is worth noting that Vivo launched the X300 series in India last month. The series comprises two models — the Vivo X300 with 12GB + 256GB storage, priced at Rs 75,999, and the Vivo X300 Pro with 16GB + 512GB storage, launched at Rs 1,09,999.
