Vivo V70 Series India Launch Timeline, Key Features Leaked: See What We Know About It

The Vivo V60 was announced in India last year, and it looks like the company is planning to refresh the V-series in the country. While the smartphone brand is yet to reveal the details officially, a new report suggests Vivo might soon announce the V70 series smartphones in India. Vivo V70 Series India Launch Details (Expected)

Citing tipster Yogesh Brar, a report by SmartPrix states that the Vivo V70 series will be launched in India by mid-February. Notably, the upcoming Vivo V70 series will feature two smartphones — Vivo V70 and Vivo V70 Elite.

The Vivo V70 series will reportedly be equipped with ZEISS lenses paired with Sony’s large-format sensors. It will also include AI-driven image-processing algorithms for enhanced photos in low lighting. Meanwhile, the Elite variant is said to feature Qualcomm's highest-performing chipset to date.

Both Vivo V70 and Vivo V70 Elite will reportedly be the first smartphones in the series to feature OriginOS 6.

The Vivo V70 will launch as the successor to the Vivo V60. The phone features a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with up to a 120Hz refresh rate and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset.

The Vivo V60 sports a triple rear camera setup featuring a 50MP main camera, a 50MP super telephoto sensor, and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, along with a 50MP selfie camera, all powered by ZEISS. In terms of battery, it packs a 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging support.

The report did not disclose any other details of the upcoming V-series phones. Additionally, the brand is yet to come up with an official confirmation of the same. However, it is expected that the V70 series might soon be teased in India. Stay tuned for more updates.
