Samsung is all set to unveil the Galaxy S26 series this year, consisting of three smartphones - the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and the Galaxy S26 Ultra. While Sasmung hasn’t revealed any details regarding these smartphones, a reliable tipster has shared charging details of the top variant of the series. Additionally, the same tipster, in another post on X (formerly Twitter), mentioned the launch date and pricing details of the upcoming Galaxy S-series phones.
Citing official testing, tipster Ice Universe has revealed that the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra will support 60W charging and will be able to charge the device from 0 to 75 percent in 30 minutes. Notably, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra supports 45W fast charging. So, the new information hints at an upgrade.
According to the same tipster, Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S26 series on February 25. This suggests that the Galaxy Unpacked event is delayed by around a month this time.
As for pricing, the tipster mentioned that there will be no change compared to last year.
Although not confirmed, this suggests that the Galaxy S26 might start at Rs 80,999, while the Galaxy S26+ might launch at Rs 99,999 for the base model. Meanwhile, the top-end model might be priced at Rs 1,29,999.
It is worth noting that these details are based on speculation, and Samsung is yet to announce an official launch date. Therefore, they should be taken with a pinch of salt.
