The Apple iPhone 17e is expected to be announced on February 19. While the tech giant is yet to confirm the launch date and other key details officially, a report has surfaced online. The new report suggests the upcoming iPhone 17e pricing details, along with other upgrades for the company’s more affordable iPhone offering.
Meanwhile, it also reveals a few details regarding the iPad 12 and iPad Air, which are expected to launch alongside the iPhone 17e. Let us take a look at the expected details of the yet-to-be-announced iPhone 17e, iPad 12, and iPad Air.
According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, the Apple iPhone 17e will be priced similarly to the iPhone 16e. It is worth noting that the starting launch price of the iPhone 16e was $599, which translates to approximately Rs 54,323 in the global market.
Notably, the iPhone 16e was launched in India at Rs 59,999 for the 128GB variant. Meanwhile, the 256GB storage variant is priced at Rs 69,999, while the 512GB model was launched at Rs 89,900.
Gurman also confirms that the iPhone 17e will feature the A19 chipset, which has already been tipped. Along with that, the upcoming iPhone is also expected to feature MagSafe charging, which was absent in the predecessor.
No other details regarding the iPhone 17e were revealed in this report. However, a recent report suggests that it will come with a chassis design similar to the iPhone 16e and will feature the C1X modem and Apple N1 wireless network chip.
As per Gurman, the upcoming iPad 12 will feature the A18 chip along with Apple Intelligence support. However, there might not be any major design changes.
Additionally, the iPad Air is expected to be equipped with the M4 chip, with no major changes.
