The Ai+ Pulse 2 has been launched in India for Rs 5,999 for the 4GB + 64GB storage variant, while the 6GB + 128GB model comes at Rs 7,999. This price would be limited only for the first 24 hours post availability, which is March 11 at 12 pm (IST) on Flipkart.
Notably, the company hasn't unveiled the non-sale price of the newly launched smartphone yet. However, it will be available for purchase in Blue, Green, Pink, Purple, and Black colours.
The Ai+ Pulse 2 colour options has been revealed at the launch.
The Ai+ Pulse 2 flaunts a 6.745-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, compared to the 90Hz display on the predecessor, and up to 450 nits of peak brightness.
The phone is powered by the Unisoc T7250, which is also equipped in recently launched phones like the TECNO Spark Go 3 and Realme P4 Lite 4G. It is paired with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
In terms of optics, the Ai+ Pulse 2 sports a 50MP dual AI rear camera setup, similar to the predecessor. Meanwhile, the front panel has been upgraded to an 8MP camera compared to 5MP on the Ai+ Pulse.
The battery capacity has also been upgraded from 5,000mAh to 6,000mAh on the phone compared to its predecessor. However, the charging speed of the phone is 18W.
The Ai+ Pulse 2 runs Android 16 layered with NxtQuantum OS. This is a rare premium software experience in a phone priced under Rs 7,000.
The phone is equipped with an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance. Furthermore, it also features a fingerprint sensor, light sensor, and more.
The Ai+ Pulse 2 is and entry-level phone and stands quite strong against the Samsung Galaxy M07 and POCO C71. While the Samsung device packs the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset and is priced at Rs 8,499, the POCO C71 features the same chipset seen on this Ai+ device and starts at Rs 7,739.
