What's Same?
The Infinix Smart 20 and Smart 10 have HD+ display.

These smartphones come with 8MP rear and selfie cameras.
They have an IP64 dust and splash resistance rating.
The smartphones support up to 2TB expandable storage
Both smartphones come with 15W wired charging support.
They have side fingerprint, 3.5mm jack, Infrared Blaster, etc.
The Infinix Smart 20 comes with 6.78-inch HD+ IPS LCD always-on-display with up to 120Hz refresh rate and 700 nits HBM, which enhances the overall experience of media consumption and scrolling.
The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G81 Ultimate chipset, built on 12nm process. It is designed for budget smartphones offering smooth navigation, web browsing, social media, and media consumption.
While this chipset can handle casual and low-demand games like Subway Surfers or Candy Crush Saga, it will struggle with heavy and graphic-intensive 3D games, such as BGMI, COD: Warzone, orFortnite.
The smartphone packs up to 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB eMMC 5.1 storage, which can be expanded up to 2TB with microSD support.
The Infinix Smart 20 ships with the latest Android 16-based XOS 16 out of the box. This new software version brings improved performance, enhanced privacy features, smoother animations, and better battery optimization compared to the previous generation.
The 4G phone comes with basic 8MP rear cameras, and an 8MP selfie camera. This is touted to be very basic as there are several phones under Rs 10,000, such as the Moto G45 5G, POCO M7 or Samsung Galaxy A07, which offers 50MP main camera.
The Infinix Smart 20 houses a 5,200mAh battery, which is similar to other phones at this price range. It includes a 15W wired charging support and 5w reverse charging support.
The smartphone features a sleek and compact design with dimensions of 167.7 × 78.8 × 7.7mm, making it comfortable to hold and easy to carry. It also comes with IP64 dust and water resistance for added durability.
Other features include Dynamic Bar, DTS audio enhancement, Infrared Blaster, 3.5mm headphone jack, FM Radio, sound by JBL and side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The Infinix Smart 20 can be a good device if you are upgrading it from the Smart 10 or you are a college goer, or using an smartphone for the first time. But it is still an entry-level Android phone, offering average chipset and camera.
At this price point, there are a few device available in the market such as the POCO C75 or Moto G45. Notably, both are 5G devices offering enhanced chipset and processors, priced under Rs 20,000.
While the POCO C75 currently costs Rs 10,999 for the 4GB + 64GB model, the Moto G45 is priced at 11,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant.
Compared to the MediaTek Helio G81 Ultimate chipset on the Infinix device, the POCO C75 packs the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4s Gen 2, which delivers noticeably better efficiency and slightly stronger performance in daily tasks and light gaming.
Meanwhile, the Moto G45 is powered by the more powerful Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 processor, offering the best overall performance among the three with smoother multitasking, better graphics handling, and improved power efficiency.
In terms of optics, the POCO C75 offers a much stronger 50MP main rear camera, delivering better detail and low-light performance. The Moto G45 5G also features a 50MP main rear camera paired with a 2MP depth sensor. This clearly suggests that these devices offer better rear cameras compare to the Infinix Smart 20.
On the display front, the POCO C75 offers a slightly larger 6.88-inch 120Hz HD+ display, and the Moto G45 5G has a more compact 6.5-inch 120Hz panel but delivers good colour accuracy and smoothness for its size.
The POCO C75 5G offers a 5,160mAh battery with faster 18W charging, while the Moto G45 5G is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and also supports 18W charging, slightly lesser than 5,200mAh battery on the Infinix Smart 20.
Overall, unless you specifically want the slim design and Android 16 experience, it is better to go for the POCO C75 or Moto G45 5G. Both provide 5G connectivity, superior cameras, and better day-to-day performance at a similar or even lower price, making them more future-proof choices in 2026.
