Amid several announcements at CES 2026, smartphone brand Infinix showcased its upcoming Note 60 Series, which highlights global satellite communication support for calls and messages. As per the company, this is the first consumer smartphone series to offer global satellite communication support.

Notably, the Infinix Note 60 Series also features a HydroFlow liquid cooling system and a back panel that changes colour based on lighting conditions. Here is a closer look at the key highlights of the Infinix Note 60 Series.

Infinix Note 60 Series key highlights

The global satellite communication system on the Infinix Note 60 Series is designed to remain active at all times and covers nearly two-thirds of the Earth’s surface. Unlike existing implementations, the system is not limited to emergency use, as per a report by Android Headlines

While the data transmission speed is limited to 4Kbps, it is optimised to support high-definition voice calls and two-way SMS communication. The Infinix Note 60 Series is also capable of switching automatically between satellite networks and traditional roaming networks, which allows users to stay connected in areas with limited or no cellular coverage.

To manage heat during extended usage, Infinix has introduced its HydroFlow liquid cooling system in the Note 60 Series. The system uses a dual piezoelectric ceramic pump that relies on electrical currents to move ceramic components at high frequencies. This mechanism circulates cooling fluid at a rate of 6.5ml per minute, which the company claims is faster than conventional cooling solutions.

The series also uses a piezoelectric cooling fan that works without traditional spinning blades. Instead, it relies on a thin vibrating sheet measuring 0.1mm in thickness, which vibrates 25,000 times per second to push heat away from internal components. This solid-state design creates a focused airflow to manage temperatures during extended gaming sessions or intensive AI-related tasks while operating quietly.

Furthermore, the Infinix Note 60 Series features a back panel that uses smart materials, such as photochromic leather and thermochromic ink. It is worth mentioning that they can change colour, show 3D-style effects, or display flowing patterns depending on light and temperature.

More details regarding the Infinix Note 60 Series, such as its availability, specs, and price, are yet to be disclosed. Stay tuned for more updates.
